By the Day of Resurrection, |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/075001.mp3
|
| 2 |
and by the self-reproaching soul! |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/075002.mp3
|
| 3 |
Does man think that We cannot [resurrect him and] bring his bones together again? |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/075003.mp3
|
| 4 |
Indeed, We have the power to restore his very finger tips! |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/075004.mp3
|
| 5 |
Yet man wants to deny what is ahead of him: |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/075005.mp3
|
| 6 |
he asks, "When is this Day of Resurrection to be?" |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/075006.mp3
|
| 7 |
But [on that Day], when mortal sight is confounded, |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/075007.mp3
|
| 8 |
and the moon is eclipsed, |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/075008.mp3
|
| 9 |
when the sun and the moon are brought together, |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/075009.mp3
|
| 10 |
on that Day man will ask, "Where can I escape?" |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/075010.mp3
|
| 11 |
But there is nowhere to take refuge: |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/075011.mp3
|
| 12 |
on that Day, to your Lord alone is the recourse. |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/075012.mp3
|
| 13 |
On that Day, man will be told of all that he has sent before and what he has left behind. |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/075013.mp3
|
| 14 |
Indeed, man shall be a witness against himself, |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/075014.mp3
|
| 15 |
in spite of all the excuses he may offer. |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/075015.mp3
|
| 16 |
[Prophet], do not move your tongue too fast in your attempt to learn this revelation: |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/075016.mp3
|
| 17 |
We Ourself shall see to its collection and recital. |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/075017.mp3
|
| 18 |
When We have recited it, follow its words attentively; |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/075018.mp3
|
| 19 |
and then, it will be for Us to make its meaning clear. |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/075019.mp3
|
| 20 |
Truly, you love immediate gain |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/075020.mp3
|
| 21 |
and neglect the Hereafter. |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/075021.mp3
|
| 22 |
Some faces will be radiant on that Day, |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/075022.mp3
|
| 23 |
looking towards their Lord; |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/075023.mp3
|
| 24 |
and some faces will on that Day be gloomy, |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/075024.mp3
|
| 25 |
dreading some great affliction. |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/075025.mp3
|
| 26 |
But when [man's soul] reaches the throat, |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/075026.mp3
|
| 27 |
and when it is asked: "Could any magician save him now?"; |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/075027.mp3
|
| 28 |
and he knows that it is the time of parting; |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/075028.mp3
|
| 29 |
when his legs are brought together [when affliction is combined with affliction]; |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/075029.mp3
|
| 30 |
on that Day he will be driven towards your Lord! |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/075030.mp3
|
| 31 |
He neither believed nor prayed, |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/075031.mp3
|
| 32 |
but rejected the Truth and turned away! |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/075032.mp3
|
| 33 |
Then he went off to his people, swaggering. |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/075033.mp3
|
| 34 |
Woe to you, [O man!], yes, woe to you. |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/075034.mp3
|
| 35 |
Again, woe to you, [O man!], yes, woe to you! |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/075035.mp3
|
| 36 |
Does man, then, think that he is to be left to himself, to go about at will? |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/075036.mp3
|
| 37 |
Was he not once a drop of ejaculated semen, |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/075037.mp3
|
| 38 |
which then became a leech-like clot; then God shaped and fashioned him in due proportion, |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/075038.mp3
|
| 39 |
fashioning out of him the two sexes, the male and the female? |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/075039.mp3
|
| 40 |
Then is He not able to bring the dead back to life? |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/075040.mp3
|
