# Translation Ayah
1 By the time (of the advent of Islam), وَالْعَصْرِ
2 the human being is doomed to suffer loss, إِنَّ الْإِنسَانَ لَفِي خُسْرٍ
3 except the righteously striving believers who exhort each other to truthful purposes and to patience. إِلَّا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ وَتَوَاصَوْا بِالْحَقِّ وَتَوَاصَوْا بِالصَّبْرِ
