# Translation Ayah
1 (O Prophet), Did We not lay open your breast أَلَمْ نَشْرَحْ لَكَ صَدْرَكَ
2 and relieve you of the burden وَوَضَعْنَا عَنكَ وِزْرَكَ
3 that had well-nigh broken your back? الَّذِي أَنقَضَ ظَهْرَكَ
4 And did We not exalt your fame? وَرَفَعْنَا لَكَ ذِكْرَكَ
5 Indeed, there is ease with hardship. فَإِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا
6 Most certainly, there is ease with hardship. إِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا
7 So, whenever you are free, strive in devotion, فَإِذَا فَرَغْتَ فَانصَبْ
8 and turn to your Lord with longing. وَإِلَى رَبِّكَ فَارْغَبْ
