By those (angels) that pluck out the soul from depths, |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/079001.mp3
|
2 |
and gently take it away; |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/079002.mp3
|
3 |
and by those that speedily glide along (the cosmos), |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/079003.mp3
|
4 |
and vie with the others (in carrying out their Lord's behests); |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/079004.mp3
|
5 |
and then manage the affairs of the Universe (according to their Lord's commands). |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/079005.mp3
|
6 |
The Day when the quaking will cause a violent convulsion, |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/079006.mp3
|
7 |
and will be followed by another quaking. |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/079007.mp3
|
8 |
On that Day some hearts shall tremble (with fright), |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/079008.mp3
|
9 |
and their eyes shall be downcast with dread. |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/079009.mp3
|
10 |
They say: “Shall we indeed be restored to life, |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/079010.mp3
|
11 |
even after we have been reduced to bones, hollow and rotten?” |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/079011.mp3
|
12 |
They say: “That will then be a return with a great loss!” |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/079012.mp3
|
13 |
Surely they will need no more than a single stern blast, |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/079013.mp3
|
14 |
and lo, they will all be in the open plain. |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/079014.mp3
|
15 |
Has Moses' story reached you? |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/079015.mp3
|
16 |
When his Lord called him in the sacred valley of Tuwa, |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/079016.mp3
|
17 |
and directed him: “Go to Pharaoh, he has rebelled, |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/079017.mp3
|
18 |
and say to him: 'Are you willing to be purified, |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/079018.mp3
|
19 |
that I may direct you to your Lord and then you hold Him in awe?'” |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/079019.mp3
|
20 |
Then Moses (went to Pharaoh and) showed him the Great Sign; |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/079020.mp3
|
21 |
but he denied it as false and disobeyed, |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/079021.mp3
|
22 |
and then he turned back to have recourse to his craftiness, |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/079022.mp3
|
23 |
and gathered his people and declared: |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/079023.mp3
|
24 |
“I am the supreme lord of you all.” |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/079024.mp3
|
25 |
Thereupon Allah seized him for the chastisement of the World to Come as well as of the present. |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/079025.mp3
|
26 |
Surely there is a great lesson in it for whoever would fear (Allah). |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/079026.mp3
|
27 |
Is it harder to create you or the heaven? But Allah built it, |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/079027.mp3
|
28 |
and raised its vault high and proportioned it; |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/079028.mp3
|
29 |
and covered its night with darkness and brought forth from it its day; |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/079029.mp3
|
30 |
and thereafter spread out the earth, |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/079030.mp3
|
31 |
and brought out of it its water and its pasture, |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/079031.mp3
|
32 |
and firmly fixed in it mountains; |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/079032.mp3
|
33 |
all this as provision for you and your cattle. |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/079033.mp3
|
34 |
But when the great calamity will come about |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/079034.mp3
|
35 |
on the Day when man will recall all his strivings, |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/079035.mp3
|
36 |
and Hell will be brought in sight for anyone to see: |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/079036.mp3
|
37 |
then he who transgressed |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/079037.mp3
|
38 |
and preferred the life of this world, |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/079038.mp3
|
39 |
most surely his abode shall be Hell. |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/079039.mp3
|
40 |
But he who feared to stand before his Lord, and restrained himself from evil desires, |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/079040.mp3
|
41 |
most surely his abode shall be Paradise. |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/079041.mp3
|
42 |
They ask you about the Hour: “When will it be?” |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/079042.mp3
|
43 |
What concern do you have to speak about that? |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/079043.mp3
|
44 |
Its knowledge rests with your Lord. |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/079044.mp3
|
45 |
You are only a warner to him who has a fear of it. |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/079045.mp3
|
46 |
On the Day they see it, they will feel as though they had stayed (in the grave) no more than one evening or one morning. |
/content/ayah/audio/hudhaify/079046.mp3
|
