# Translation Ayah
1 Perish the two hands of Abu Lahab, and perish he! تَبَّتْ يَدَا أَبِي لَهَبٍ وَتَبَّ
2 His substance availed him not, nor that which he earned. مَا أَغْنَى عَنْهُ مَالُهُ وَمَا كَسَبَ
3 Anon he shall roast into Fire having flame. سَيَصْلَى نَارًا ذَاتَ لَهَبٍ
4 And his wife also: the firewood carrier; وَامْرَأَتُهُ حَمَّالَةَ الْحَطَبِ
5 On her neck shall be a cord of twisted fibre. فِي جِيدِهَا حَبْلٌ مِّن مَّسَدٍ
