# Translation Ayah
1 Ruin is for every open slanderer, backbiter. وَيْلٌ لِّكُلِّ هُمَزَةٍ لُّمَزَةٍ
2 Who accumulated wealth and hoarded it, counting. الَّذِي جَمَعَ مَالًا وَعَدَّدَهُ
3 Does he think that his wealth will prolong his stay on earth forever? يَحْسَبُ أَنَّ مَالَهُ أَخْلَدَهُ
4 Never! He will certainly be thrown into the Crushing One. كَلَّا لَيُنبَذَنَّ فِي الْحُطَمَةِ
5 And what have you understood what the Crushing One is! وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا الْحُطَمَةُ
6 The fire of Allah, that is ablaze. نَارُ اللَّهِ الْمُوقَدَةُ
7 Which will climb on to the hearts. الَّتِي تَطَّلِعُ عَلَى الْأَفْئِدَةِ
8 Indeed it will be shut over them. إِنَّهَا عَلَيْهِم مُّؤْصَدَةٌ
9 In extended columns. فِي عَمَدٍ مُّمَدَّدَةٍ
