# Translation Ayah
1 I CALL TO witness the chargers, snorting, rushing to battle before the others, وَالْعَادِيَاتِ ضَبْحًا
2 Then those striking sparks of fire, فَالْمُورِيَاتِ قَدْحًا
3 Then those charging in the morning فَالْمُغِيرَاتِ صُبْحًا
4 Raising clouds of dust, فَأَثَرْنَ بِهِ نَقْعًا
5 Penetrating deep into the armies, فَوَسَطْنَ بِهِ جَمْعًا
6 That man is ungrateful to his Lord إِنَّ الْإِنسَانَ لِرَبِّهِ لَكَنُودٌ
7 And is himself witness to it, وَإِنَّهُ عَلَى ذَلِكَ لَشَهِيدٌ
8 And is intractable in his love of worldly goods. وَإِنَّهُ لِحُبِّ الْخَيْرِ لَشَدِيدٌ
9 Does he not know when the contents of the graves are laid bare أَفَلَا يَعْلَمُ إِذَا بُعْثِرَ مَا فِي الْقُبُورِ
10 And the secrets of the hearts exposed, وَحُصِّلَ مَا فِي الصُّدُورِ
11 Surely their Lord will be aware of their (deeds). إِنَّ رَبَّهُم بِهِمْ يَوْمَئِذٍ لَّخَبِيرٌ
