# Translation Ayah
1 Woe unto every slandering traducer, وَيْلٌ لِّكُلِّ هُمَزَةٍ لُّمَزَةٍ
2 Who hath gathered wealth (of this world) and arranged it. الَّذِي جَمَعَ مَالًا وَعَدَّدَهُ
3 He thinketh that his wealth will render him immortal. يَحْسَبُ أَنَّ مَالَهُ أَخْلَدَهُ
4 Nay, but verily he will be flung to the Consuming One. كَلَّا لَيُنبَذَنَّ فِي الْحُطَمَةِ
5 Ah, what will convey unto thee what the Consuming One is! وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا الْحُطَمَةُ
6 (It is) the fire of Allah, kindled, نَارُ اللَّهِ الْمُوقَدَةُ
7 Which leapeth up over the hearts (of men). الَّتِي تَطَّلِعُ عَلَى الْأَفْئِدَةِ
8 Lo! it is closed in on them إِنَّهَا عَلَيْهِم مُّؤْصَدَةٌ
9 In outstretched columns. فِي عَمَدٍ مُّمَدَّدَةٍ
