# Translation Ayah
1 By the sky and at-Tariq. وَالسَّمَاء وَالطَّارِقِ
2 But what will let you know what at-Tariq is? وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا الطَّارِقُ
3 The Piercing Star. النَّجْمُ الثَّاقِبُ
4 There is no soul without a Protector over it. إِن كُلُّ نَفْسٍ لَّمَّا عَلَيْهَا حَافِظٌ
5 Let man consider what he was created from. فَلْيَنظُرِ الْإِنسَانُ مِمَّ خُلِقَ
6 He was created from gushing liquid. خُلِقَ مِن مَّاء دَافِقٍ
7 Issuing from between the backbone and the breastbones. يَخْرُجُ مِن بَيْنِ الصُّلْبِ وَالتَّرَائِبِ
8 He is certainly able to return him. إِنَّهُ عَلَى رَجْعِهِ لَقَادِرٌ
9 On the Day when the secrets are disclosed. يَوْمَ تُبْلَى السَّرَائِرُ
10 He will have no strength, and no supporter. فَمَا لَهُ مِن قُوَّةٍ وَلَا نَاصِرٍ
11 By the sky that returns. وَالسَّمَاء ذَاتِ الرَّجْعِ
12 And the earth that cracks open. وَالْأَرْضِ ذَاتِ الصَّدْعِ
13 It is a Decisive Word. إِنَّهُ لَقَوْلٌ فَصْلٌ
14 It is no joke. وَمَا هُوَ بِالْهَزْلِ
15 They plot and scheme. إِنَّهُمْ يَكِيدُونَ كَيْدًا
16 But I plot and scheme. وَأَكِيدُ كَيْدًا
17 Therefore, give the blasphemers respite, a brief respite. فَمَهِّلِ الْكَافِرِينَ أَمْهِلْهُمْ رُوَيْدًا
